Throughout the year we in Customer Financial Services spend a tremendous amount of time working with customers regarding their accounts for one reason or another. All too often, however, we neglect or fail to recognize the majority of our customers who pay their obligations on time, taking advantage of early payment discounts, and generally keeping their accounts in good order without any contact from Customer Financial Services.

I am sending this letter to commend the work your company has provided for us. I appreciated two weeks ago the fast response when I called and spoke with your Foreman about a broken pipe under the kitchen sink, to come and examine the situation and request a service person who came out in less than an hour.

The project was not as straight forward at what your competition had told me, but both your Journeyman and Foreman persevered and were attentive to the concerns I had. I have an opportunity to see a pipe washed out was something I was hoping not to see again, but knowing there was a problem helped that all was not done in vain because of another company stating something not true.

I appreciate the candor and honesty of the individuals I have gotten to know and trust. The project took a few days to complete and the impossible became the possible. To have the kitchen functional for the start of our C.A.P. Head Start program after holidays is wonderful.
